Maya Rudolph is pregnant with her 3rd child with husband Paul Thomas Anderson
March 21st, 2011 - 7:56 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Mar 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) U.S comedian and singer Maya Rudolph is expecting her third child with husband Paul Thomas Anderson.
Maya’s third child will be joining his/her two sisters, 5 year-old Pearl and one year-old Lucille. Her representative confirmed the news but did not reveal when the baby is due. Maya stated that she has gotten used to being pregnant while making movies and working as a cast member on Saturday Night Live.
She has played Lillian, a bride to be, who asks her best friend, Annie (Kristen Wigg) to be her bridesmaid in the upcoming comedy Bridesmaids, Maya’s latest works. The movie is set to debut on May 13, 2011 in theaters across the U.S.
Maya is a multi-talented performer and describes her skills as a singer, according to her mother, Minnie Riperton. She first appeared on Saturday Night Live in 2000, and became a frequent cast member famous for her impersonations of other celebrities like Halle Berry, Christina Aguilera and others.
Maya also performed in several movies with co-stars including Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler, in addition to her small appearances in other movies. Her first most notable role was in A Prairie Home Companion in 2006 while being pregnant with her first child.
