Matt Damon ‘turns down next Bourne film’
October 11th, 2010 - 5:15 pm ICT by ANILondon, Oct 11(ANI): Matt Damon has reportedly turned down multi-million pound offers to play superspy Jason Bourne in a fourth movie.
Studio bosses have given the green light to a new action thriller called The Bourne Legacy.
“This is not a reboot or a recast or a prequel. No one’s replacing Matt Damon,” the Sun quoted Tony Gilroy, the movie’s director as saying.
“There will be a whole new hero, a whole new chapter. This is a stand-alone project,” Gilroy added. (ANI)
