August 28, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Mary-Louise Parker plays a weed dealer suburban mom in her popular series “Weed”, but contrary to popular belief she does not puff green all day long. According to her latest interview on Vanity Fair, Parker admitted that she is a complete rookie when it comes to weeds and has never smoked it in her life.

Her “Weed” character is very convincing and it shows her smoking all day long, well that means she is hell of a good actor. Parker further adds that she did not take up Pot in her teenage years because that did not seem as an effective form of rebellion to her at that time. She said that smoking marijuana was a social thing during her teenage years and she never felt the need to try it.

Thanks to the rising popularity of her show, people offer marijuana to the star all the time. She confessed that instead of smoking them she keeps them on the top rack of her closet, where her kids cannot find them.

She also bashed up Bill O’Reilly for calling single women destructive to the society; Parker said that people like O’Reilly are narrow minded and an attention-seeker.
