Los Angeles, July 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Musician Martyn Lenoble and his actress fiancee Christina Applegate are all set to welcome their first child together. A representative of the celebrity couple has validated the news to the media but the due date of the baby has not been announced as yet. This is surely going to be a bright new chapter in the life of the 38-year-old actress who is known to have beaten breast cancer in the past.

After being in a relationship for about two years, the “Samantha Who?” actress and the Dutch bass player finally got engaged to each other on Valentine’s Day this year. Although the date when the couple is contemplating to tie the knot has not been revealed as yet, Ame Van Iden, the publicist of Christina Applegate has confirmed that the “Married… with children” star is indeed pregnant with the couple’s first child.

The 38-year-old much acclaimed actress is known to have credited Martyn Lenoble, who is the founding member of the alternative rock band ‘Porno for Pyros,’ to have played a pivotal role in supporting her during her battle with breast cancer. In the year 2008, the actress was diagnosed with breast cancer and subsequently she underwent a double mastectomy which was later followed by a reconstructive surgery.

While talking to a leading news source not very long ago, Christina Applegate revealed that she would not have been able to win her fight cancer without the support of her 41-year-old musician fiancee. In the interview, the noted actress also hinted that she was looking forward to motherhood as she wants to have many children.
