Nov.11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) American country singer Martina McBride is creating headlines once again as the singer is all set to perform at the ‘The 43rd Annual CMA Awards‘, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday. The multiple award winning artist would supposedly be giving a solo performance to make sure that the crowd has a great time. The award function is going to take place at the Sommet Center in Nashville and is expected to be a star studded event.

However, the good news for the fans of this noted country singer does not end here. The singer has also received the nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year, an honor that she has grabbed four times in the past. Winning this award multiple times has tied her with acclaimed country singer Reba McEntire, for most wins in the category. No doubt her fans are keeping their fingers crossed and at the same time are eagerly awaiting her performance. Moreover, fans of the music icon who cannot be present at the venue do not need to be disappointed as they can view the event live on ABC television.

The 43 year old celebrated country singer is famous for her unique styled ballads, which focus on women and children. She has already recorded a total of nine studio albums, which have been appreciated by her fans. Her latest album “Shine”, which released in the month of March this year has also became immensely successful. The album has sold 18 million copies and has also featured on the Billboard 200.
