Jan 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Indeed a bad day for the businesswoman and media personality Martha Stewart. This television host has revealed that she had to be hospitalized on Tuesday after one of her pooches unknowingly split up her lip with a powerful headbutt. She took to her blog to write down about her experience of how she was attacked by her pet. In a post titled, “My Emergency Experience,” Martha Stewart explained that one of her French bulldogs unintentionally attacked her at her New York home at the time she went to say goodbye to Francesca, one of the canines.

This CEO and television host, is 69 and had to undergo nine stitches for treating the injury on her upper lip after the pet dog head butted her on her face. Martha Stewart says that her beloved French bulldog Francesca caused the injury on her upper lip on Tuesday at the time when she leaned down to ‘whisper goodbye’ to the sleeping dog. She said that she was going out of her New York home at around 9 p.m. The television presenter mentioned that her little dogs had been upset with her since they had been living alone while she was away. Martha Stewart also said that her whisper must have had startled the dogs, because of which she was attacked her right on the face.

Right after the incident, the television host made her way to the emergency room of a hospital, where the doctors stitched up her upper lip. Later on, she tweeted thanks to all her fans, who had showcased support and had posted their individual comments on the incident.
