London, Apr 14 (ANI): A leading actor, who allegedly cheated on his wife with the same vice girl who slept with footballer Wayne Rooney, has won a High Court gagging order to keep his identity a secret.

But a judge lifted part of the order to allow vice girl Helen Wood, 23, to be named, and in court she claimed she had a sexual relationship with the actor.

Under the terms of the order, the actor cannot be named, but it has been revealed that he is married and a father.

The actor obtained the injunction after fearing a newspaper was about to publish Wood’s claims.

Revealing details of her fling with the actor, Wood said he “kissed like a virgin” during an hour-long liaison, for which he paid 195 pounds.

According to the Sun, Wood said the actor arrived at a luxury apartment block casually dressed and went for a shower. He had called an escort agency earlier to book the appointment using the false name Drew.

“I asked him what he was doing here and he said he was an actor. That’s when it dawned on me and I thought, ‘Oh my God, I recognise him’,” the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.

The actor was said to have fended off questions about his personal life, telling her, ‘I would prefer not to say’, when asked if he was married.

“He came out of the shower naked. I asked him if he wanted a massage and I gave him one. He turned over and he was a disgusting kisser. He kissed like a virgin,” she revealed.

He then had another shower and left without leaving a tip, recommending a good local restaurant on his way out, she claimed.

Last week, the actor’s lawyers asked the High Court to stop a newspaper from publishing Wood’s story.

In an emergency hearing in private, Justice Blake granted an injunction making it a criminal offence to publish details of her claims.

At a further hearing, Justice King varied the order so that although the actor - referred to only as NEJ - must remain anonymous, Wood can be named.

He ruled newspapers could report “the fact that the defendant Miss Wood had a sexual relationship with a leading actor and/or world famous celebrity who is married and a father and the defendant’s account of that relationship”.

But the judge continued the gagging order forbidding identification of the actor until a full trial of his claim against Wood. (ANI)
