Mark Wahlberg Adds His Star On ‘Hollywood Walk Of Fame’

July 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg is now proud owner of his star at the “Hollywood Walk of Fame’. The actor admitted that he could not believe when he was informed about this prestigious honor.
On Thursday, mark received his 2,414th star, which was named after him because of his noteworthy achievements as actor, rapper, producer, and underwear model.
The Invincible star was quoted saying, “It sounded like practical joke to me when I was informed about getting the star”.
The actor says this achievement is a result of his rediscovering the Catholic faith. Mark said, “I grew up around the church. But, I used to stray off and began moving around with the neighborhood guys. I turned to God when I fell into trouble. Good things started to come to me as I strengthened and refocused my faith”.
He added, “Then it became easier for me to handle the bad things also. My faith in God has become the most significant part of my life now”.
