Mark Ronson is engaged to his French girlfriend
February 10th, 2011 - 10:31 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattParis, Feb 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The rep of British singer Mark Ronson has confirmed that the 35-year-old is engaged to his French model girlfriend.
Ronson and Josephine De La Baume have been going out since March 2009. Josephine appeared in the music video of Ronson’s hit song “The Bike” which was released in 2010.
The US Weekly newspaper cited Ronson’s rep as saying the pair is engaged. Josephine was featured on the front page of the French Magazine Purple. In the picture, the diamond ring that Ronson gave to Josephine was revealed for the first time.
This is not the first time that the Grammy Award-Winning singer is engaged. He got engaged with actress Rashida Jones. He has also had several other relationships with other A-rated stars.
Ronson comes from a hugely successful British family where money is not an issue. He is the nephew of Gerard Ronson who is one of the biggest British property tycoons. He is also the elder brother of the celebrity twins Charlotte and Samantha Ronson.
He did collaboration with Amy Winehouse on her 2008 album “Back to Back”.
There has been no word on when the couple plans to tie the knot.
