Marisa Tomei’s bikini body secrets lie in belly dancing, hula hooping, sex
July 19th, 2010 - 7:28 pm ICT by ANIWashington, July 19 (ANI): ‘My Cousin Vinny’ star Marisa Tomei has revealed the secrets of her perfect bikini body and they include belly dancing, hula hooping, and sex.
Tomei, 45, who graces the August 2010 cover of Shape magazines in a red bikini, spoke of how she keeps fit with belly dancing, hula hooping, and sex.
“Not only keeps you in incredible shape, it’s good for women’s reproductive organs and hormones too,” the Huffington Post quoted her as saying about belly dancing.
“Once I started doing it regularly, I felt like hooping worked all the little muscles around my body–it shimmied everything into place!” she said of hula hooping.
And on sex, she says: “I love to play, play, play! To go out dancing and be boisterous. It’s fun to be a night owl, or feel naughty, drink wine, and have sex! Now that’s the best kind of play there is!”
She also revealed she starts off her day by drinking a cup of hot water with lemon.
She follows that with a boiled egg drizzled with a little olive oil or some fresh berries and granola with whole-milk yogurt, and then she keeps high protein snacks on hand.
“I’m a person who has to eat! I graze every few hours,” she added. (ANI)
