54 London, Apr 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Marion Cotillard and the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ star Rachel McAdams have become the new heroines in the Woody Allen’s latest flick. Earlier the French First Lady Carla Bruni was scheduled to play the part in Woody Allen’s movie, but now she is no longer in the picture. However the filmmaker is trying to rope her in, for a guest appearance in the movie.

The movie is expected to be a comedy, and it hasn’t been titled as yet. It is expected to be shot in Paris in July. Last year, Woody Allen had said to Carla Bruni that she would be ‘a natural choice’ for one of his films, so she was hoping for a substantial role, but the Oscar winner for Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose – Marion upset her plans. However it also seems that Woody Allen changed his mind because just last week he said that, “Carla Bruni is not a woman who earns her living as an actress. She is a first lady. She could be taken away at any moment by other duties, like a political crisis or an important event. I have to take account of the risks that there could be, and hiring her is far from certain.”
