Michael Jackson June 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) At recent “Hollywood Legends” and “Music Icons” auctions which were held in Los Vegas, Nevada, Marilyn Monroe’s Xrays were sold as well as the glove from Michael Jackson’s 1984 ‘Victory Tour’.

The glove of the famous singer/dancer/entertainer sold for $192,000. Although it was expected for Michael Jackson’s glove to bring a hefty amount, especially right around the first anniversary of the singer’s death, it came as quite a surprise that the Xrays of Hollywood actress Marilyn Monroe’s chest and pelvis which were taken in 1954 sold for $45,000. The Xrays of Monroe were sold as part of an auction of Hollywood Legends memorabilia which was held over the weekend at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino which is located in Los Vegas. The Xrays were taken at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital. Monroe’s hand painted vanity sold for $1,250 and a pair of skis which she never used but posed with in a photo shoot sold for $1750. Also among the items of Marilyn’s which sold at the auction was a check signed by the actress which sold for $2375, and her Chanel No. 5 perfume bottle for $9375.
