Marilyn Manson’s artwork to go under hammer
October 30th, 2010 - 12:30 am ICT by IANSLos Angeles, Oct 29 (IANS) Rocker Marilyn Manson’s artwork “Grey Daisy” will be auctioned along with 500 rare pieces of rock memorabilia.
The watercolor painting is one of his most documented and widely-recognized artworks and will be sold by The Gods ‘n Metal Monsters Auction, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Manson’s “Harlequin Jack and the Absinthe Bunny” painting was purchased by Jack Osbourne and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea picked up “Elizabeth Short as Snow White” at the 2002 exhibit.
The Grey Daisy auction, held online at BackStageAuctions.com, will run through Nov 7.
