Hunky Lorenzo Martone is a Brazilian advertising executive whose engagement to noted fashion designer Marc Jacobs drew media attention earlier. However, the gay couple has preferred to keep their relationship status private from the media so far. Still, whatever they do become the headlines sooner than expected.

A spokesperson for Marc Jacobs denied the rumor of their marriage but said they are very much together and plan to tie the knot soon. The recent rumor was fueled when the pictures of the couple in a party got leaked in the web. The two men were seen in white groom costume along with a cake. This made the viewers believe that they actually got married. However, the party had a wedding theme presumably. A few days back, the couple were seen at the beach in French West Indies and they looked to be deeply in love. They are quite happy about the status of their relationship.

Marc Jacobs is quite open about his sexual orientation and his pictures with boyfriend Lorenzo Martone are seen in gay websites quite often. However, the lovestruck couple has not formalized their union so far. Earlier, a rumor circulated that they had tied the knot in September. This was found to be wrong. However, they are engaged and appear to be a cozy couple whenever they are seen in public. They have been staying together since the first quarter of 2008. It was in May 2008 that the couple declared their relationship publicly.
