There is a seven car garage, a pool, a screening room, and a wine cellar with it’s own tasting room. The maids have their own quarters, and there is a gym as well as spa facilities. The home also has a separate guest house, and totals 17,171 square feet total living space.

At the time of his death, Micheal Jackson was leasing the home for 100,000 dollars per month. ‘TMZ’ claims that Guez has tried renting it out for a steep 300,000 dollars since Michael Jackson’s death.
