Aug 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The very home where Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest due to an overdose of drugs is up for sale, and interested parties can purchase the mansion in Holmby Hills for just under twenty nine million dollars.
Natalie Finn, from ‘eonline.com’ states that although some people may think that the asking price is a bit steep, it is actually ten million dollars less than than the price which Ed Hardy brand CEO Hubert Guez was asking for it back in 2008.
The 1.26 acre French Chateau style home has much to offer, with seven bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms, and twelve fireplaces. There is a seven car garage, a pool, a screening room, and a wine cellar with it’s own tasting room. The maids have their own quarters, and there is a gym as well as spa facilities. The home also has a separate guest house, and totals 17,171 square feet total living space.
At the time of his death, Micheal Jackson was leasing the home for 100,000 dollars per month. ‘TMZ’ claims that Guez has tried renting it out for a steep 300,000 dollars since Michael Jackson’s death.
