Aug 20 (IBNS) Wonder why Manny Pacquiao’s Nickname is Pacman? It is just the combination of the first syllables of his first and last name.

To elaborate it, PAC comes from the word PACquiao and MAN is derived from MANny.

Search for Manny Pacquiao’s nickname went on a high following the podcast of Adam Carolla. He made reference to boxer Manny Pacquiao’s nickname while discussing actress Rebecca Gayheart.

Carolla said that Gayheart shared the same nickname as boxer Manny Pacquiao. Some of this Filipino boxer’s nicknames are Pac-Man, People’s Champion, Wapakman and Pambansang Kamao (National Fist).

However, what Carolla was understood to have referring to is The Mexicutioner, a name he earned due to him domination over many Mexican fighters.

Then from where does Rebecca Gayheart come in here? In 2001, Gayheart was convicted of vehicular manslaughter where she accidentally took the life of nine-year-old Jorge Cruz, Jr., a Mexican-American.

The boy had been jaywalking when Gayheart struck the boy after swerving around cars that had stopped to let him cross in the middle of the street.

Gayheart admitted that she was on her mobile phone during the accident and served three years probation.

Emmanuel Dapidran Pacquiao is a Filipino professional boxer.
