Magic In Las Vegas

August 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The largest fashion trade event in the world is undoubtedly MAGIC. The show recently displayed a big and powerful expansion along with the chief and best variety of brands in years. The show is treated as barometer for the whole fashion industry and it reflects huge signs of both growth and momentum.
This time the show took place in the Sincity of Las Vegas and several thousand focused and thrilled buyers came in. There were over 3500 general exhibitors along with an added 150,000 square feet of exhibitors at the show. Reportedly Chris DeMoulin, the MAGIC International President and Executive Vice President of Advanstar’s Fashion Group was very excited and he said that hundreds of brand new stores attended. It felt that the fashion industry had grown and was showing much more expansion.
FN PLATFORM or the shoe show at MAGIC seemed to dominate the whole footwear industry and surprisingly, it was their second outing. FN PLATFORM welcomed a total of 30 percent increase in the exhibiting brands and also secured its position as the biggest and as the most diverse collection of branded footwear in the entire continent of North America.
Overall MAGIC was spread all over Las Vegas and it seemed evident that it’s not going to fade away anytime soon.
