London, March 30 (IANS) Pop diva Madonna is planning a meeting between her adopted Malawian daughter Mercy and her real family.
The singer will also meet the natural father of adopted son David when she visits Malawi next week, reported thesun.co.uk
“Madonna is planning a lunch where the four-year-olds can proudly show off their dance skills and meet their relatives,” said a source.
“She promised to take them back to their homeland. She sees it as vital they understand their roots. Mercy’s meeting with her family will be particularly emotional as it’s the first time she’s seen them since last summer,” added the source.
Madonna will also lay bricks to mark the start of building of her girls’ academy in Malawi.
