London, November 09 (ANI): Queen of Pop Madonna is set to visit the parents of her 23-year-old toyboy lover in Brazil, fuelling rumours she’ll marry him.

However, the 51-year-old singer’s friends have suggested that she is “slightly on edge” as her lover Jesus Luz’s mother Cristiane Regina da Silva is 15 years younger to her.

Nonetheless, after she applied for a visa, rumours have sparked that “an engagement could be on the cards”.

“Madonna really does love and need Jesus - and she does not hold all the power in their relationship. He grew up with strong Christian beliefs,” the Sun quoted a family pal as saying.

The insider added: “He wants to marry and be taken seriously. She doesn’t want to lose Jesus and so the visit to his parents is her way of saying she will make this relationship permanent.

“He wants proof of commitment and he wants her to make an honest man of him.”

Also, the ‘Material Girl’ hitmaker’s biographer Randy Taraborrelli said: “Madonna is telling close friends and family that ‘I definitely see myself marrying him. It’s on the table’.”

It was earlier reported that Madonna and Jesus had arguments after she told in a TV interview that she’d “rather get run over by a train” than marry again, following her divorce from Guy Ritchie.

However, the Brazilian model apparently “begged her to reconsider” and has persuaded her to marry him.
