Sep 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Madonna seems to have a fan who is willing to fight against all odds to meet her. The 59 year old ex firefighter Robert Linhart was found loitering outside her apartment and was reportedly arrested on the charges of stalking the singer. Robert Linhart not only admitted of doing so but also said that if released tomorrow he would again go back to meet her in person. Robert Linhart resisted arrest and had a scuffle with the officials who took him to task soon after. A a small pocket knife was discovered from him along with a icepick in his car.

This is not the first time that the ex firefighter had been arrested for stalking Madonna. His bail was set up at $20,000 which according to one of his lawyer Cheryl Bader is very high for a harmless offense. He has been charged with fourth degree weapons possession along with resisting arrest and graffiti offense. The man is being represented by Fordham Law School students under the supervision of Cheryl Bader in court.

It has been reported that Robert Linhart was loitering around the building for several days. The second time before his arrest he reportedly drove there in a car with signs that were meant to grab Madonna’s attention. His Lawyer Cheryl Bader said that adoring Madonna could not be a crime. Robert Linhart is not the first guy to stalk Madonna who had to contend with a stalker by the name of Robert Hoskins who threatened to slice her “from ear to ear” if she did not marry him. Robert Hoskins was sentenced to ten years in prison.
