Madhur Sangeeth - A Musical Event
May 5th, 2010 - 7:53 pm ICT by Sampurn WireMay 5, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): A musical evening of both Hindi and Kannada film songs, Madhur Sangeeth, will be held on the evening of May 15 at Dr. Ambedkar Bhavan in Bangalore. Dr. Manoj Kumar, iconic Hindi film actor, will be a part of the evening and will be felicitated at the event.
The Madhur Sangeeth musical evening will be conducted by Prism – Priyadarshini School of Music Foundation and Shivashakthi Arts with support of Maxworth Reality.
Songs from the movies of Kannada film stars like Dr Rajakumar, Dr Vishnuvardhana, Ambarish, Ananthnag, Bharathi, Jayanthi, Jayamala and some others by Priyadarshini, Om Chaturvedi, Chandrika Gururaj and Vishnu.
The price of each ticket for the show starts from Rs.150 to Rs.2000. The proceeds earned from the event will be donated to institutions that are involved in social work.
Madhur Sangeeth’s objective is to give a taste of the yesteryears to the audience. The show will be a four hour event. Priyadarshini, the daughter of Ram, was present at the media briefing.
