Madhavan turns 41, prefers quiet birthday
June 1st, 2011 - 4:12 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, June 1 (IANS) Multilingual actor R.Madhavan, who turned 41 Wednesday, says he prefers to spend quality time with his family on the special day instead of throwing a star-studded bash.
“I stopped planning birthdays a long time ago. I don’t have huge parties on my birthday, and I make sure I have a very quiet birthday with my family, and stay at home because it is something I seldom get to do,” Madhavan told IANS on a recent visit to the capital.
He has planned to spend his 41st birthday too with his wife and five-year-old son, Vedant.
Currently, the actor is taking it easy and going slow on finalising scripts. He recently finished shooting one half of the schedule for Tamil film “Vettai”, and is looking forward to the next schedule as well.
