Madges ”emotionally retarded” onstage jibe at Guy Ritchie

London, Oct 17 (ANI): Now that their divorce is confirmed, Madonna is not holding back any feelings. The Queen of Pop took an onstage swipe at soon-to-be ex-hubby Guy Ritchie for being “emotionally retarded”.
The stunning singer gave a glimpse of her troubles in a speech before breaking into the track Miles Away, at the TD Banknorth Garden stadium in Boston as part of her Sticky & Sweet tour.
“This song is for the emotionally retarded. Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. I know I do,” The Telegraph quoted Madonna as telling her fans.
In fact, even at the time of its release, the song from the album Hard Candy was seen as depicting Madonna and Guy Ritchies rocky marriage, as they stayed on opposite sides of the world for long intervals.
The show was reviewed by the Boston Globe, which said: “Everyone was worked up about Madonna’’s latest drama. Well, everyone except Madonna.
In an act of defiance at the TD Banknorth Garden last night, Madonna went on with the sold-out show just as expected.
She made it clear that 25 years of being a provocateur has taught her this: Madonna will let you know when she’’s in crisis mode, and last night was not the occasion.” (ANI)
