After taking home the award for the outstanding drama series, for the third year in a row, the magazine cover comes as an icing on the cake for the show that has taken America by storm. The cast of Mad Men are seen in their 60s avatar on the cover of Rolling Stone.

Gracing the cover are Christina Hendricks, January Jones, John Hamm and Elizabeth Moss. The women are looking their gorgeous best in their stylish 60’s influenced gowns. John Hamm also looks suave and crisp in a black suit complemented by his 60s hairstyle and a glass of whiskey. His appearance is a far cry from his performance at the Emmy Awards where he was seen grooving with Betty White. The show has gained huge popularity over the last few season and Christina Hendricks and January Jones have emerged as the new sex symbols of the TV industry. The curvaceous Christina Hendricks appears on John Hamm’s right in a classy yet sexy red dress and January Jones is seen on the right of the actor in an off white embroidered gown that looks equally stunning.

The cover featuring the ‘Mad Men’ stars follows the controversial cover of ‘True Blood’ where the stars appeared nude and soaked with blood. The cover story reveals some of the behind the scenes activity of the series. The plot of Mad Men revolves around the character played by John Hamm who runs an advertising agency in New York. The setting of the show is the America of the 1960s.
