Mad Men star Jon Hamm is on a press tour to promote his new movie - ‘The Tour’

Sep 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Mad Men star Jon Hamm is currently on a press tour to promote his new movie – ‘The Tour’. He portrays the character of FBI special agent Adam Frawley in the movie, which has been directed by the actor Ben Affleck. Actor Ben Affleck made his directorial debut with the movie ‘Gone Baby Gone’ and critics think that ‘The Town’ is a worthy successor to it.
Meanwhile the Mad Men star is also been considered for a Superman movie. There is mounting speculation that Jon might be the new Superman. There are reports that there is a Superman project by Chris Nolan and David S. Goyer is in the pipeline and officials at Warner Bros. are actively thinking about casting Jon as the new Superman. There are also reports that there are 30 other candidates for the job, but Jon is the top-notch favorite.
Jon also knows that he is being considered for the role, but since he doesn’t know about the outcome for sure, so he is also not talking a lot about it. He did say in a statement that, “Those are the Internet things that one person says and then 15 more people Twitter it and then it sort of becomes this phenomenon. It’s sort of news to me, so if the powers that be are thinking that I’d like them to get in touch with me and we can discuss it.”
