Titled ‘Blowing Smoke’, the Sunday episode saw almost half of the people at the Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce firm embrace themselves with the bad news. Also, Trudy and Pete are shown arguing, while Don comes across an old friend and Sally enters into a long conservation with her therapist- the conversation ranging between a variety of topics, some related and some not related to her treatment!

Though television critics have awarded the show with a fair rating, it sure lacks the spunk and is almost a copy of the first season of the drama series. The 12th episode of season 4 was quite dull, if reactions of viewers are to be taken into account. But the call-forward references made throughout the episode were the only thing that caught the attention of the viewers. The Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce was successful in landing the Honda cars account and their first project is the Honda Civic of the 1970s. ‘Blowing Smoke’ going up in smoke, viewers are now waiting for a better finish to the season in its 13th episode.
