Oct. 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The cute little 7th Heaven’s “Ruthie Camden” [Mackenzie Rosman] is now geared up to appear on the big screen. She is only 19-year-old and will be seen in the movie which is an adaptation of “Edgar Allan Poe’s Ligeia”. Mackenzie Rosman plays the character of Loreli in the movie. Further she will be seen appearing as Jill in the horror movie “Fading Of the Cries”. This fantasy movie is about a girl who wants to escape the demons constantly trying to kill her. The movie will be out next year. She will also be seen in ‘Socio’ as Roslyn Price.

According to some sources, the adaptation of “Edgar Allan Poe’s Ligeia” has been rated as “R” since it it has some sexual content along with violence and drug usage. The actor also has her own twitter account which can be followed to get her latest news. Earlier the actor was seen starring in a guest appearances in an episode of “The Secret Life Of The American Teenager”. She appeared as ‘Zoe’.

Rosman started her career as Ruthie Camden on ‘7th Heaven’. She has also been seen in the film “Gideon” which has Christopher Lambert. A number of commercials are already in her bag, including Nike shoe and Tuff’s diaper. She had started doing commercials from the age of four. Her big screen appearances also include, ‘Getting away with murder: The Jon Benet Ramsey Mystery’.

She has also been nominated for ‘Young Artist Awards’ in the year 1997, 1998, 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2007. She has been nominated in the category of ‘Supporting Young Actress Age Ten Or Under’ for 7th heaven and once in the category of ‘Young Ensemble’, for the same show.
