London, Nov 28 (ANI): Paul McCartney’s girlfriend Nancy Shevell’s ex-husband is all set to move to the US Senate.
Bruce Blakeman, who got divorced from Nancy in 2008, has revealed that he is looking to run against Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
Gillibrand replaced Hillary Clinton after she became US Secretary of State, but reports claim that her seat looks vulnerable, reports the Daily Express.
“I have been meeting with various political leaders and supporters. I expect to make a decision soon,” the Daily Express quoted Bruce as saying.
And insiders have said that Blakeman, who met up with Mike Long, chairman of the Conservative Party of New York, last week, should start raising the money for his campaign from January as he might face competition from other Republicans. (ANI)
