London, January 25 (ANI): Sir Paul McCartney has nothing but praise for the children of his fellow Beatles who are pursuing their own music careers.

Sir Paul publicly lauded the efforts made by Ringo Starrs son Zak Starkey, the late John Lennons Julian and Sean and George Harrisons Dhani, who all he believed had inherited the melodic genes.

Its like children of famous actors theyre born with the gene. You either say, No, I cant top that and move into another field or you just go with it, the Daily Express quoted him as saying.

The 66-year-old had previously announced he was recording an album with his 31-year-old son James, and further added other Beatles offspring amongst great musicians.

He said: Youve had Julian, Sean, Dhani and my son James, who is a great musician.

Im doing an album with him. And Ringos kids are all great drummers. (ANI)
