London, Dec 22 (ANI): Legendary singer Sir Paul McCartney has revealed that he is keen to play residencies at the O2 Arena.
The former Beatle, who will be performing at the venue on Tuesday, told Absolute Radio that he “quite fancied the idea” of an extended run of shows.
“Last time I ever did that was when The Beatles used to do Christmas shows, and it was brilliant because… you would be there for a week or two,” BBC News quoted McCartney as saying.
“It was fantastic, just dossing in your overcoat and everything,” he added.
The 67-year-old legend kicked off his European tour earlier this month in Hamburg, followed by dates in Berlin, Arnhem, Paris, Cologne and Dublin, with the tour ending in London on Tuesday. (ANI)
