London, Aug 23(ANI): Legendary rocker Paul McCartney has said that he will never drink water on stage.
The ex-Beatle is still performing three-hour shows at the age of 68.
And Macca has insisted that the habit goes back to his days with the ‘Fab Four’ when it was felt gulping water looked unprofessional.
“I don’t know, I just wouldn’t want to drink water when I’m on,” the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
“There is water but I think it’s the tradition that I’m from,” he added.
“I inhale Olbas Oil - put a few drops in hot water and inhale the steam or sometimes gargle salt water.
“I don’t know if it does anything but the ritual does. It helps me mentally,” revealed Paul. (ANI)
