Low-key wedding for Witherspoon

Usmagazine.com reports that the ceremony will be held at Witherspoon’s private ranch in Ojai, California.
It will be Witherspoon’s second marriage. Her seven-year marriage with actor Ryan Phillipe ended in 2006.
