Bengali film industry is now going to explore the unexplored beauty of Sikkim through director Uttam Paul’s movie Love@Sikkim.com. The film promises to present the hill station in its best form and beauty. It will stun even those who have visited the place several times.
The story of the film has an important track in Sikkim. It will star Rohan, Sinjini, Sagnik and Ronita in the lead roles. Other actors like Ananya, Shreya, Suraiya, Arko, Santanu, Sayantan and Dipannita will be seen in important supporting roles.
On choosing the title, director Uttam Paul says that two people fall in love over the internet in the film and Sikkim plays important role in their love story so they chose the title. The lead characters take shelter at a friend’s place in Sikkim after running away from home.
The director says that two detectives in the film will add the humor element in the story. They are set to find out the couple. He adds that usually filmmakers prefer to shot their song sequences in foreign locations but his film will explore the beauty of Sikkim and it will definitely enthrall the audience.
Love@Sikkim.com has music by Pilu Bhattacharya and many well known Bengali singers have crooned for the songs. The music director says that a well known Hindi artiste will croon for a Bengali song in this film for the first time.
We hope the director can really keep his promise by offering the unexplored beauty of Sikkim.
