Nov 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) R&B fans have a lot to rejoice as Eminem and Rihanna have released a sequel to the smash hit ‘Love The Way You Lie’. The latest song follows on the dynamics of the same abusive relationship that was showcased in the first part but this time the R&B princess will take over as the lead singer and Slim Shady will sing in the background. The first song emphasized on the man’s point of view of the relationship and towards the end his anger towards his lover was seen to subside. The latest track focuses on Rihanna’s take on the relationship and she even calls herself masochistic for being in the abusive relationship.

Rihanna said in an interview that she was not sure about the idea of revisiting the hit song, but once Eminem came up with the verse she was convinced. She also praised Eminem for the lyrics that he brought to the table and said that she was amazed by his talent. She also said that he is one of her favorite artists. The first part of the song appeared in Eminem’s latest superhit album Recovery and the second part will be listed in Rihanna’s upcoming album ‘Loud’ that is due to release on November 16 this year.

‘The Love The Way You Lie’ track became one of the biggest hits in recent years and stayed on top of the Billboard charts for weeks. The song received huge hype and lived up to the expectations of the fans as Eminem poured out the emotions of his domestic life with his ex-wife in the song. Rihanna, whose abusive relationship with Chris Brown became a public spectacle as well, was also the most apt for the thought provoking song.
