New Delhi, July 13 (ANI): Jennifer Love Hewitt has noticed that her popularity has increased of late because she wears skimpy clothes in her hit TV series ‘Ghost Whisperer’.

In the show, the actress plays Melinda Gordon, who can converse with spirits.

And Love Hewitt insists that men like her because of her sexy appearance, the China Daily reports.

She told gossip website Absolute Now: “I have met a lot of men who love Melinda because she wears a lot of nighties and runs around in the dark!”

However, she is also happy that the programme has female fans who not necessarily like her for the same reason.

She explained: “Women seem to be drawn to my character because her marriage is kind of perfect and great and that’s what a lot of women dream of.” (ANI)
