June 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is another new comedy show on the block. The new comedy series on FX channel named “Louie” was premiered last night at 11 p.m. and audience saw Louis CK after his show on HBO “Lucky Louie”. The audience loved and enjoyed their favorite character on television and the show had a record number of viewership for its premier episode itself. Louis C.K. is the executive producer, director, editor, writer of the show “Louie”.

The show “Louie” is supposed to be Louie CK’s quasi autobiographical new series and the show started with the comedian performing in New York’s Comedy Cellar. The format of the show is Louie CK would perform stand up comedy between little scripted films depicting him in the supposedly real but less effective in rest of his life.

The films that are shown in the middle are amusing and the viewers appreciated the performance of the actors as well. Louie is seen as an failed Casanova that his date makes an escape, then next we the viewers get to see him cracking jokes on dead dogs and starvation.

The TV show “Louie” can be said to be a account of Louie’s life as a recently divorced father of two daughters. In the daily activities he somehow feels that he is losing his happiness and all other means of life and hence he re-enters the dating scene. The audience is waiting eagerly for the next episodes to follow and in the second episode the viewers will see his daily life and his poker game session with his friends along with spices of comedy.
