‘Lost’ star, Henry Ian Cusick(Desmond) sued for sexual harassment: report
April 25th, 2009 - 10:32 am ICT by admin ( Leave a comment )Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA (BNO NEWS) – Henry Ian Cusick, who stars as Desmond on the TV show “Lost”, is being sued for sexual harassment, according to TMZ.com.
The website quoted a lawsuit filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court in which Chelsea Stone claims that, while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while “making moaning sounds”.
Stone also claimed, according to the website, that Cusick “placed his face on the top of her breasts, moving his face from side to side.” He then “squeezed her breasts” with his hands.
A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court, in a phone call with BNO News, said she had not yet received information about the case. She said it could take up to Monday before more information would be released as the courthouse was already closed for the weekend.
