LOS ANGELES (BNO NEWS) — The Los Angeles County of Coroner has released more details about the death of Michael Jackson, and officially ruled his passing a homicide.
The official cause of death has been established as acute Propofol intoxication and Benzodiazepine effect contributing to his death. “The drugs Propofol and Lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson’s death,” a statement from the office said. Other drugs detected were Midazolam, Diazepam, Lidocaine and Ephedrinem.
The final coroner’s report was not released, including the complete toxicology report, and will remain on security hold at the request of the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County District Attorney until further notice.
Michael Jackson died on June 25 and his personal physician, Dr. Murray, is believed to be the main suspect.
