Lorenzo Lamas weds Shawna Craig
May 3rd, 2011 - 1:38 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattCabo San Lucas, May 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lorenzo Lamas got married for the fifth time at a ceremony held over the weekend. The ceremony was held at Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Lamas and Shawna Craig got engaged last February after going out for three months.
The 53-year-old got married to 24-year-old Craig in a ceremony which was approved by Lamas’ daughter. The reality star’s daughter, Shayne Lamas, who is older than her stepmother has given her full support for the ceremony.
During an interview with E! News, Shayne said she is happy that the two are in love and happy with each other. Based on that, Shayne says the couple has her blessing for their marriage.
Lamas has been married on four previous occasion. His last marriage with Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand ended in 2002. He has six children from his previous relationships.
Lamas’ son AJ was recently arrested for possessing cocaine. Incredibly, AJ was arrested for the same charge twice in as many months. He is due to appear in court on 2 counts of felony drug possession. AJ missed the marriage of his father due to the recent problems with the law.
Lamas is the star of the E! show “Leave It to Lamas.”
