July 16, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Lindsay Lohan is making a desperate attempt in trying to sober up. She has now decided to enter a sober living facility named Pickford Lofts. The facility had been opened by the famous O.J. Simpson Lawyer Robert Shapiro. This is now seen as the last tactic employed by her before she is put in jail, next Tuesday.

Rumors are already adrift about this being a master plan which may well keep LiLo out of jail. However, there are a fair number of people who seem to consider it as an instance of ‘too little too late.’

Michael Lohan told the E! News that he had been on and on about the same thing to Linda and Dina. But they simply chose not to listen to him earlier.

He just hopes that they will continue to take his advice henceforth. He has been asking both Lindsay as well as Dina to request the court for a rehab. first. It will be possible to revaluate the incarceration of Lohan only then, he adds.

Cleaning the house as well as picking an entirely new set of friends and management staff are imperative too as is getting cleaned of all the meds. He also hopes that Dina would agree to go for counseling sessions along with Lindsay and him.

The TMZ also reported the presence of her mother Dina and girl friend Samantha Roberts being with her at the facility. However, the news of Robert Shapiro replacing Shawn Chapman Holley, her former legal representative has not been confirmed as yet.
