Lohan kicks off her community service stintNovember 14th, 2007 - 10:30 pm ICT by admin
Washington, Nov 14 (ANI): Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has begun her 10-day community service stint as a part of her punishment after she was arrested under two DUI cases.
The 21-year-old actress kicked off her community service stint at the American Red Cross on November 12, working about seven hours at the L.A.-area facility.
Lohan agreed to community service, in lieu of two days behind bars, as part of a plea deal she made following her arrest in August, reports Usmagazine.com.
The ‘Mean Girl’ star was arrested for driving under the influence of cocaine in Santa Monica, California and nearby Beverly Hills in May and was sentenced to serve a day in jail.
As part of her punishment, she was also ordered to attend an 18-month alcohol education program during her three-year probation. (ANI)
