Lindsay’s dad seeking conservatorship over her

London, Sep 30 (IANS) Actress Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father is officially seeking legal conservatorship over his daughter.
Earlier this year Michael Lohan announced plans to ask a judge to allow him to take over his daughter’s financial and business affairs, but he halted the bid in an effort to solve his daughter’s problems out of the court room, reports imdb.com.
Michael met with lawyer David Chon, who specialises in trusts and estates, Wednesday and is planning to file conservatorship papers “within days”.
According to the sources, Michael has been impressed by the way Britney Spears’ father Jamie has helped his daughter turn her life around and he thinks he can do the same for Lindsay too.
