Lindsay Lohan’s progress hearing set for Thursday

Los Angeles, July 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Radar Online has reported that Judge Stephanie Sautner has ordered troubled actress Lindsay Lohan to appear in court on Thursday morning for a progress report hearing. According to the report, the hearing has been necessitated by the City Attorney’s concerns of Lohan’s probation. It is currently not clear what concerns City Attorney had raised.

The website wrote that, “The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay’s probation, which will be discussed in court tomorrow. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear.”

The report has been confirmed by the spokesperson of Lohan. According to Radar Online, spokesman Steve Honig told the celebrity website that Lohan will be in court on Thursday. Honig however failed to give further details of the hearing leaving the media to speculate what might be wrong.

The progress report hearing has got people wondering if Lohan has found herself in trouble again. In typical situations, progress report hearing only becomes necessary when there is a problem with probation terms.

Radar Online says the hearing is scheduled to take place at the LAX Airport Courthouse. The hearing will start at 10 am.
