Lindsay Lohan’s mum blasts media for fuelling privacy invasion

Washington, June 19 (ANI): Lindsay Lohan’s mother has blamed the constant media focus on her daughter for triggering a string of attacks on her privacy.
Dina Lohan is angry after the ‘Mean Girls’ star’s cell phone number was reportedly posted online last month.
She has also claimed that Lindsay’s Twitter.com messages have been illegally accessed.
The outburst comes just days after Lohan reportedly ‘tweeted’ catty remarks about Justin Timberlake during a night out with the pop superstar in New York.
Lindsay has claimed that she did not post anything about the encounter, and the comments and photos posted online might have been a hacker’s job.
And, thus, Dina is convinced that the high media interest in her daughter is triggering such incidents, and she has urged press to give the actress a break.
“Last month her personal cell (number) was posted online and now her phone messages have been hacked. This must stop. She is a 22-year-old girl who needs to live her life in peace. The tabloids need to leave her alone with all the lies and reporting with no proof,” Contactmusic quoted Dina as telling People. (ANI)
