Lindsay Lohan: What Led Her To Another Scuffle Again?

actress again violated her probation rules by allegedly entering into a fight with a staff-member of the rehab, Betty Ford Center.
Lohan was serving a three months probation for substance abuse following a court order. She was supposed to come out of the rehab center on 3rd January, 2011 after completing her probation there. There are different reports about when Lindsay was finally released from the rehab. Many media reports suggest that she has been released on Monday but others indicate that she stayed there to take sobriety classes for the day.
Some other sources suggest she was seen taking sobriety class at the rehab center on Monday afternoon. However, Lindsay’s mom Dina said that she was released on Monday itself.
However, an investigation in her scuffle with the staff member will take place and it will decide the fate of the pop star. Last month, the scuffle started when the ‘Ugly Betty’ actress returned to the rehab after curfew. She was asked by staff member Dawn Holland to take a breathalyzer test but Lohan refused and she also pushed the staff and snatched the phone from her hand when she was dialing 911. In this scuffle, Lohan injured the wrist of the staff thus inviting the wrath of the Sheriff’s department, which wants her to be charged with battery. This week, the department will send its report to the County Probation Department of Los Angeles.
It seems that Lohan is still not a calm person and is not totally able to come out of her bad habits, which took her to the rehab center. We hope she realizes her fault and tries to recover soon.
