July 11, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): The catalog of misfortune that has surrounded the actress, Lindsay Lohan, in the recent past, has only heightened now. The reason for her latest disappointment is that Shawn Chapman Holley has given up her job as the legal representative of Lindsay Lohan. Therefore, the 24-year-old Lindsay Lohan, the protagonist of ‘Mean Girls’, has now reportedly hired a new lawyer. His name happens to be Stuart V Goldberg. Goldberg happens to be a criminal defense attorney from Chicago.
Nydailynews.com has uttered that Holley had given up her job in the previous week. She did not elucidate the reasons behind her resignation. Lindsay had recently been awarded a prison term of 90 days and also a punishment of 90 days in a rehabilitative institution. The source of this punishment was that Lindsay had disrespected her probationary stipulations that stemmed from her 2 convictions in 2007 related to driving under the influence of alcohol.
A report at TMZ has claimed that Goldberg had interacted with Lohan’s sister, Ali, and her mother, Dina, for approximately six hours on Friday. Lindsay had beseeched that she be treated with compassion during the court inquiry in the previous week. It has been mentioned that Lindsay dialed the number of Goldberg herself and requested him to fly to Los Angeles.
Dina has declared that Lindsay is immensely petrified at the prospect of being incarcerated. Dian stated to Entertainment Tonight that the last few weeks have been disastrous for them. They have not been able to live peacefully. They have been sobbing a lot.
