May 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to the latest reports, Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by a California judge to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. The judge also did not ease the restriction imposed on Lindsay Lohan regarding alcohol and drug testing. The order comes from U.S. superior court judge Marsha Revel after Lindsay Lohan failed to make a court appearance in Beverly Hills last week and was found instead attending the Cannes Film Festival in France. Lindsay Lohan was clicked partying hard on a yacht during late hours on a day she was to make court appearance in Beverly Hills.

On Monday Lindsay Lohan appeared composed in court, though she turned up few minutes late. When the order of attaching a bracelet to the body of Lindsay Lohan was declared, the pop singer seemed worried. The bracelet that Lindsay Lohan would be wearing will get signals through the skin when the person would drink alcohol and sent the same signal to the company monitoring it. The drug test will need the actress to come to the Los Angeles area every week.

After she failed to make it to the court hearing last week, a bench warrant to arrest Lindsay Lohan was issued. However, she was not arrested as her lawyer posted for a bail. The lawyer of Lindsay Lohan went on to mention that his client’s passport was stolen in Cannes and that is the reason why she could not return to appear at the Beverly Hills Court. However, after the arrest warrant was issued, Lindsay Lohan returned to United States during the weekend. On Monday the lawyer of Lindsay Lohan asked the court to reconsider its decision as the actress is planning to travel to Texas to shoot for a movie. The judge however did not pay heed to it and asked the actress to postpone her plans.
