Aug 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lindsay Lohan’s fans may have a reason to rejoice now as a reputed media source reported that the starlet is likely to be released from the jail early. Danette Mayers, the prosecutor in Lindsay Lohan’s case in an interview said that the “Mean Girls” actress might be freed before spending her 90 days in the rehab at UCLA Medical Center. Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in rehabilitation center for her violation of 2007 probation order.

The prosecutor in one of his interviews to a reputed media source said that his understanding from conversation with her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley is that Lindsay Lohan could be early from her treatment facility. However, he could not mention how early she would be released but said that it seems to him as if that is what the health care professionals are going to “recommend” for her. Danette Meyers said that he would follow what the health care professional advises him to do and that could also involve follow up treatment for Lindsay Lohan as well.

The “Herbie” Fully Loaded” actress’ attorney Shawn Chapman Holley recently told a reputed media source that his client looks healthy and can’t wait to return to her work. He said that Lindsay Lohan is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility. However, the prosecutor sounded optimistic when he said that he thinks that the health care professionals would be recommending that she will be released earlier than 90 days Judge Marsha Revel ordered previously. However, for now Lindsay Lohan will remain in rehab unless the case’s new judge, Elden Fox, orders her release.
