Oct 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Lindsay Lohan who is under a hell lot of legal trouble has threatened to go to court, if she is put under conservatorship. According to TMZ, she is afraid that her parents would try to have more say in her life through a conservatorship, hence she threatened that she would fight a legal battle to prevent being put under it.

However in his defense Michael Lohan claims that instead of him, Lindsay’s mother – Dina is planning to set up a conservatorship for her, in association with Lindsay’s business manager – Lou Taylor. He also alleged that they are trying their best, to send Lindsay to a full time rehab center for some time, so that they can set up the conservatorship behind her back.

In an interview, Michael said that in this way, the duo would have control over all aspects of Lindsay’s life and esp. her professional projects. He is okay with the fact that they are trying to help Lindsay, but he doesn’t want anybody else to control his daughter’s finances.

Michael Lohan said that, “It’s disturbing… the co-conservators would be Dina and Lindsay’s business manager, Lou Taylor … Lou and Dina are trying to throw Lindsay in a rehab right now and get her out of the picture so they can get a conservatorship without her knowing.”
