London, Sep 9 (IANS) Actress Lindsay Lohan has landed a top job in the fashion industry — she has been appointed a style consultant for French design house Emanuel Ungaro.
Her appointment as artistic adviser comes shortly after bosses replaced the brand’s top designer, Esteban Cortazar who was reportedly furious about having Lohan attached to the luxury brand.
“To be in a position where I’m working with a fashion house in Paris sets it apart from every other celebrity brand,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
Lohan already has experience in the fashion industry — her leggings line 6126 hit US stores in 2008 and the actress is planning to launch a full range of clothes line within the next two years.
